These terms are written in plain language to explain how Remixo works. If anything here is unclear, email support@getremixo.com.
Who we are
Remixo is a content tool at getremixo.com and app.getremixo.com, run by ATIENO INNOVATIONS, a business registered in Kenya (registration number BN-AYSOPK5O), Nairobi, Kenya ("we", "us"). By using Remixo you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Who can use Remixo
You must be at least 18 years old. Remixo is currently invite-only, so you need an invitation to create an account. You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure, since we sign you in with codes sent there.
Your content
You own what you put into Remixo and what it creates for you. You give us permission to store it, process it, and publish it to the accounts you choose, only so we can provide the service. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload, including videos, images and any material you ask Remixo to learn from.
AI-written content
Remixo uses AI to write and reshape posts. AI can make mistakes, so read everything before it goes out. You're responsible for what you publish, including making sure it's accurate, lawful, and follows each app's rules.
Connected social accounts
You can connect your own social accounts so Remixo can post for you. Publishing goes through a third-party service called Post For Me. Each social app has its own rules, and those apps, not us, decide whether a post is allowed or whether an account is limited. We're not responsible for actions those apps take. You can disconnect an account at any time.
Things you must not do
- Post anything illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Send spam or use Remixo to mislead people.
- Try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with how Remixo works.
- Resell or share your account.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
Plans, trial and limits
New accounts get a free 3-day trial with limited posts and AI writes. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a monthly number of posts, AI writes and brands, shown on our pricing page. Unused amounts don't carry over to the next month. When a trial or plan ends, you can still view your content, but you can't create, schedule or publish until you choose a plan. Prices are in US dollars and may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your plan.
Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work.
The service
We work hard to keep Remixo running well, but it's provided "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or error-free, that social apps will accept every post, or that posts will reach a particular audience. We may change or improve features over time.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or problems caused by social apps or other services. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the issue.
Ending your account
You can stop using Remixo and ask us to delete your account at any time by emailing support@getremixo.com.
Changes and law
We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know. These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
